B.B Mdledle is one amongst other schools that promote and develop
technology in our society. Though the school is in the remote,
poor underdeveloped area it is our vision to sustain developing
skills, norms, values and attitudes in our community. As mentioned
above the school also hopes to develop the technology as much
as it is our country’s aim to establish a comprehensive
society in terms of technology. Given suitable equipment, we
hope to reach the sky.
B.B.Mdledle J.S.S was named after Mr. Mdledle who was one of
the cabinet ministers in the former republic of Transkei. This
school was known as Bumbana BC School. The school’s present
buildings were erected in 1966, ie eight classrooms, principal's
office, store room and staff room. In 1976 the ninth classroom
building was erected to make the present structure. This school
is situated at Bumbana village about 20 kilometers from Lubisi.
This is a combined school from grade 1 to 9 with 15 educators
. The headmaster presently is Mr. M.T.Ntseke.

Tuition:
|
All learning areas are offered such as : LLC, MLMMS, LO, TECH,
HSS,NS, EMS and A&C. Educators in grade 1 to 3 are practicing
class teaching and the rest subject teaching.

School activities:
|
The school offers football, netball, softball , music ,dance
and other cultural activities. The school usually obtains many
trophies for music, football and athletics respectively.

School policy:
|
The school observes the 7 hours time table within the ten day
circle time table. There are only three languages offered, i.e.
Xhosa, English and Afrikaans. There is also a school governing
body with 7 parents, 2 educators, 2 learners and the principal.
There are subcommittees within the school such as advisory,
entertainment, fundraising and disciplinary committees. The
school uniform has the following colors, green and white.

Future Plans:
|
We desire to offer computer literacy to our learners and therefore
hope that the Mathematics, Science, Technology and Tourism projects
proposal will be accepted by the government or relevant donors.
