|
The Lubisi Dam IDRC funded project focused on the establishment of an ICT Hub that provided ICT services and business planning support for the Lubisi community. An example of the activities taking place at the ICT Hub was an HIV/AIDS awareness campaign launched by community members using personal web pages. |

The MEC for Social Development was very interested to learn how ICT’s could promote HIV/AIDS awareness in rural communities. |
