The ICT's allows for simple applications of tele-health to be demonstrated. The clinic sister is trained in PC literacy and the use of a digital camera. With these skills she is able to photograph a patients wound or skin disease and e-mail the picture to a doctor at any hospital around the world for advice. The ICT centre was used at the launch |
