Background
|
|

the head, Mr Xipu. I matriculated at Thambekile senior secondary
in 1993, then I later went on to do my tertiary education at Queenstown
technical College in 2000.

Lower Seplan is a village where I am staying. It is not far from
Lubisi. It's been a home to many since 1840. It on the Eastern side
of Cala. People in this village live on cultivation and livestork.
Our headman is a progressive and encourageous farmer. He motivate
others to farm, and love agriculture. Most people now have skills
to do this on their own. We have few churches and schools. Lower
Seplan is a good place to stay at.

Activities
|
| I stayed for a long time without a job. Last
year I decided to start a small business selling clothes and shoes.
It is not as big as I would love it to be, but it will flourish and
grow with time. I am still looking for another job just to help augment
what I'm earning from my business.I'm a christian who attends church
on every sabbath day. I also sing for a gospel group choir at Ezibeleni
Township. |
|
Ideals and long term objectives
|
| I would like to have my own house someday
and stay with my family. I hope to get a job and earn enough money.
I like the village, but there are a lot of things that are of shortage,
things like transport, educational centers for our children and community
development. Churches are few, other community members have to walk
for miles to other neighbouring villages to attend church. I am looking
forward to contributing in helping my community develop and grow.
